Patrick EHRHARD Après quelques années de pratique du Yoga avec Virginie Girard, je suis retournée à ma première passion : la danse... Mes premiers croquis de danse, je les ai faits lorsque je suivais les cours de Patrick EHRHARD. J'aimais beaucoup l'ambiance des studios de répétition de l'Olympia, ce lieu mythique parisien: vieux escaliers, peintures écaillées, espaces de travail bien loin des "feux de la rampe"... Patrick et son assistante, Catherine, nous guidaient dans l'univers de Martha Graham. J'aimais énormément cette esthétique sculpturale, mais combien exigeante pour mon corps... Alors certains jours, je prenais mon pinceau japonais et là, mon geste devenait fluide, mes traces suivant avec bonheur et légèreté la Beauté incarnée. My first dance calligraphies were inspired by lessons I took from Patrick Ehrhard. I loved the atmosphere of the rehearsal studios at L’Olympia, the legendary Parisian music hall, with its old stairways, flaking paint and work areas, far from the spotlights… Patrick and Catherine, his assistant, guided our steps in the world of Martha Graham. I adored this sculptural aesthetic, even though it asked a lot of my body.
