DESSINS AïKI DO VOLS DE MOUETTES DANSE MUSICIENS Un pinceau japonais, reçu en cadeau, a initié une exploration du mouvement par la calligraphie. De façon spontanée, j’ai développé cette approche par des « croquis sur le vif » d’Aïki-do. Puis, en 1985, les premières « calligraphies de Danse », au cours de Patrick Ehrhard. J'ai depuis eu l'occasion de dessiner de nombreuses formes de danse et chacune d'elle a été riche en émotions; une porte ouverte sur un monde d'expression authentique et sensible. Au fil des rencontres, mon pinceau se plait à capter l’éphémère. DRAWINGS The gift of a Japanese paintbrush led to an exploration of movement through calligraphy. I developed this approach in a spontaneous manner doing quick calligraphic sketches of aikido combatants. Then, in 1985, came my first “dance calligraphies” from observing the lessons given by Patrick Ehrhard. Since then, I have had the opportunity to draw numerous forms of dance, each one rich in emotions and opening the door to a world of authentic, sensitive expression. With each encounter, my brush took pleasure in capturing the ephemeral.
